Alternate A represents the smallest Scope of Work among the three Alternates. Alternate A focuses on deferred maintenance to the existing features including:

• Enhanced Lighting
• Walkway Surfaces
• Fences
• Gate
• Drainage
• Electric Service
• Restore Existing Mural

Alternate B

Alternate B includes the work in Alternate A minus restoring the mural plus these features:

• Brick and Stone facing on the Banana Republic Wall
• Brick Paving
• Bas Relief Sculptures inlaid on the walls
• Stone or metal art inlaid in the Brick Paving
• Entry Pergola and a series of Overhead Arches
• Vine Baskets
• Enhanced use of the space for temporary artist displays

Alternate C

Alternate C includes the work in Alternate A minus restoring the mural plus these features:

• Brick and Stone facing on the Banana Republic Wall
• Brick Paving
• Izone Mural Panel Series with the potential for seasonal art displays
• Overhead Mobile or Suspended Sculpture
• Stone & Brick Twin Cairns at the Entry
• Stone & Brick Walls & Steel Gate at service alley
• Flower and Vine boxes
• Enhanced use of the space for temporary artist displays
