Goal: All residents have access to food, shelter, heat, clothing,
healthcare and other basic services.
Five-Year Focus:
Ensure the continued existence of programs that provide life-sustaining
services and services that maintain a stable living environment for
low-income families, including shelter, food, health care, heat and
clothing.
