The North Street Revitalization project is located in the heart of Burlington’s Old North End.

The seven-block commercial corridor between North Avenue and North Winooski Avenue is the most densely populated street in Vermont with 133 rental units, numerous single family homes and 32 businesses.

This type of urban revitalization project reduces sprawl by keeping Vermont’s urban areas healthy and vibrant.
