Building Neighborhoods: CCAN supports residents to work together to improve their
neighborhoods through solving problems, planting gardens and
connecting with others at a block party.
Welcoming Communities:
CCAN helps to create a community where we all belong.
Working with other agencies and City Departments, we support
new arrivals, create a safe community for all and one which
embraces our diversity and global connection.
Community Justice Center: The Community Justice Center provides a place for victims
to be heard and have their needs addressed. The Center helps
offenders repair the harm they caused and make better
choices in the future.
Community Education & Training: CCAN provides support for individuals and organizations
to learn how to engage others in making positive social
change.
