Closed Hazardous Waste Site #: 87-0111 (Homestead Design / Unsworth)

This closed Vermont hazardous waste site file contains a 14 January 1987 letter report concerning environmental samples collected at a Homestead Design / Unsworth property on Flynn Avenue [1]. The report referenced the November 1986 collection of soil samples from the southeast corner of the property and surface water samples from a culvert draining from the adjacent Exxon property. Samples were tested for potential presence of petroleum constituents and other volatile compounds. No constituents were detected above health standards. Location information in the file was insufficient to determine sample locations or even to confirm that this site was actually CEDO Property #55.
