Present Village at Leddy Park Plans: The Ward
4/7 Neighborhood Planning Assembly is sponsoring a community
meeting on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 from 6:30-8:30 pm at
the Miller Community Center to give the community the
opportunity to see the plans to transform the former Thayer
School property on North Avenue (presently DMV) into the

ARRA TIGER Grant
Award – Burlington Waterfront Access North Project (WFN) The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) announced today
(February 17, 2010) that Burlington will receive a major, and
highly sought after, Recovery Act (“Stimulus Bill”) grant. The
$3.15 million award will be used for the “Waterfront North”
project.
